How to set/reset the announcement?

To Record a new outgoing announcement:

Step1: When the handset is in idle mode, press MENU/SELECT to enter the main menu.

Step2: Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll to Answering sys, then press MENU/SELECT.

Step3: Press MENU/SELECT again to select Announcement.

Step4: Press MENU/SELECT to select Record annc. The system announces, "Record after the tone. Press 5 when you are done."

Step5: Speak towards the handset record your announcement. Press 5 to end recording. Your recorded announcement plays.

To reset your outgoing announcement:

Step1: When the handset is in idle mode, press MENU/SELECT to enter the main menu.

Step2: Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll to Answering sys, then press MENU/SELECT.

Step3: Press MENU/SELECT again to select Announcement.

Step4: Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll to Reset annc. The screen shoes Reset to default annc?.

Step5: Press MENU/SELECT again to confirm. The screen shows Annc.reset to default.
