How to turn on/off call block?

To Turn on/off BLOCK LIST, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Using a handset, when the phone is not in use and the base is on, press MENU/SELECT. Step 2: Press ▲ or ▼ on the Navkey until you highlight Smart Call blk. Next, press MENU/SELECT TWICE. Step 3: Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight On/Off, then press MENU/SELECT to save the setting. Step 4: Press and hold OFF to return to the idle screen.
