How to save a call to block list?

To save a caller ID log entry to Block List

Step1: When the handset or the telephone base is in idle mode, press ▼ to review the caller ID log in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent call.

Step2: Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll through the list.

Step3: When the desired entry displays, press MENU/SELECT.

Step4: Press ▲ or ▼ to scroll to Block list, then press MENU/SELECT.

Step5: The handset displays EDIT NUMBER. Use the dialing keys to edit the number when necessary.

-Press ▲ or ▼ to move the cursor to left or right.

-press MUTE/DELETE to backspace and erase a digit

-Press and hold MUTE/DELETE to erase the entire entry

-Press and hold REDIAL/PAUSE to insert a three-second dialing pause

Step6: Press MENU/SELECT to move to the name. The screen displays EDIT NAME.

Step7: Use the dialing keys to add or edit the name.

-Press ▲ or ▼ to move the cursor to left or right.

-press MUTE/DELETE to backspace and erase a digit

-Press 0 to add a space

-Press and hold MUTE/DELETE to erase the entire entry

-Press TONE* to change the next letter to upper or lower case.

-Press # to move the last word to the front. For example, Johnson Charlie becomes Charlie Johnson when you press #.

Step8: Press MENU/SELECT when done and the screen shows Saved to block list.
