Problem:

How do I download my cell phone’s directory to my cordless phone?

Solution:

Tip 1 of 2

Make sure your cell phone is turned on and Bluetooth is enabled.

Make sure your cell phone is paired and connected to the cordless phone.

Make sure your cell phone is within range of the cordless base.

Is the directory stored on the cell phone’s SIM card? Some cell phones do not support SIM card downloads. You can try transferring your contacts from the SIM to the cell phone’s memory. See the user’s manual of your cell phone for more information.

Some cell phones may require action at the phone for the directory to download.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee compatibility between all Bluetooth cell phones and our Bluetooth enabled cordless phones.
