You can record two separate announcements for each line. You can designate, for each line, when the two announcements will play during the day.

To record your announcements (greetings):

Step 1: Using a system handset or at the base, when it is not in use, press MENU.

Step 2: Press ▲DIR or ▼CID until you see ANSWERING SYS.

Step 3: Press SELECT. Press ▲DIR or ▼CID to select Mailbox 1 or 2.

Step 4: Press SELECT. Announcement is highlighted. Press SELECT again.

Step 5: Annc audio is highlighted. Press SELECT.

Step 6: Press ▲DIR or ▼CID to select Annc A or B, then press RECORD.

Step 7: Speak into the handset or towards the base. Press STOP when you are finished. You will hear your recorded announcement.
