Why doesn’t my telephone ring when I receive calls?

The Call Screening feature of your phone's Smart Call Blocker is likely turned on. To turn off Call Screening 1 Press CALL BLOCK 2 Press VOLUME ▲ or ▼ to choose Calls w/o num, and then press MENU/SELECT 3 Press VOLUME ▲ or ▼ to choose Allow, and then press MENU/SELECT 4 Press VOLUME ▲ or ▼ to choose Uncategorized, and then press MENU/SELECT 5 Press VOLUME ▲ or ▼ to choose Allow, and then press MENU/SELECT
