Problem:

How do I record an announcement on my answering system ?

Solution:

To record your announcement (greeting):

Step 1: Using a system handset when it is not in use, press MENU/SELECT.

Step 2: Press ▼CID until you see >Answering Sys.

Step 3: Press MENU/SELECT. You will see >Announcement.

Step 4: Press MENU/SELECT, then press ▼CID until you see >Record annc.

Step 5: Press MENU/SELECT. Record after the tone, speaking into the handset as if you were on a call.

Step 6: Press 5 to stop recording. Your announcement will be played for you.

Step 7: Press and hold OFF to return to the idle screen.
