Problem:

How do I set the day and time on my telephone answering system?

Solution:

During initial setup or after a power loss, you will need to set the time. If the time is not set, Time and date not set will be heard when messages are played.

MAKE SURE THE ANSWERING SYSTEM IS TURNED ON BEFORE YOU SET THE CLOCK.

To set the day and time, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Press CLOCK twice. The day is announced.

Step 2: Press ANNC/SKIP or MEMO/REPEAT to select the correct day.

Step 3: Press CLOCK. Now press ANNC/SKIP or MEMO/REPEAT to select the correct hour.

Step 4: Press CLOCK. Now press ANNC/SKIP or MEMO/REPEAT to select the correct minute.

Step 5: Press CLOCK. Now press ANNC/SKIP or MEMO/REPEAT to select the correct year.

Step 6: Press CLOCK. The system will announce the day, time and year.
