Problem:

I have mounted the phone on a wall; however, the handset won’t stay in the cradle. How can I fix this?

Solution:

If you mount this phone on a wall, you must reverse the handset cradle tab, which is found directly below the switch hook. Otherwise, the handset will not remain secured when cradled.

Press the switch hook to remove the handset cradle tab. Rotate it 180 degrees and slide it back into place. Now, the handset will hang securely in the cradle.
