Problem:

I’m not getting a dial tone on either line. How can I fix this?

Solution:

Tip 1 of 9

Ensure the telephone cord(s) is securely installed at the base and the wall jack. Also, make sure the power adapter is securely connected to the telephone base and power outlet. Do not use a power outlet which is controlled by an On/Off switch.
