Product Troubleshooting
Problem:
The ringer on my phone is too loud or too soft. How do I adjust the ringer volume?
Solution:

Your handset ringer volume can be adjusted, or turned off:
Step 1: With the handset in idle (off) mode, press MENU/SEL/TRANSFER, then press ▲ or ▼ until RINGER VOL: is displayed.
Step 2: Press MENU/SEL/TRANSFER. You will hear a sample of the ring.
Step 3: Press ▲ to raise the volume or ▼ to lower or turn the ringer off completely, then press MENU/SEL/TRANSFER to confirm.
