Problem:

Why doesn’t my telephone ring when I receive calls?

Solution:

If the phone does not ring at all, you may have the ringer turned off. To change the ringer volume, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Make sure the handset is idle (off).

Step 2: Press MENU / SELECT.

Step 3: Press ▼CID until the screen displays › RINGER VOLUME.

Step 4: Press MENU / SELECT again. You will hear a sample of the ring volume.

Step 5: Press or to raise or lower the ring. WARNING: At the lowest volume setting, the handset will not ring at all.

Step 6: Press MENU / SELECT to confirm your selection.

Step 7: Press OFF to return to idle mode.
