How do I get status on a product or accessory I ordered?

Please allow at least 14 days from the order date for products, parts or accessories ordered from our Consumer Product Support Center or Webstore. If you have paid for premium delivery service, please allow at least 3 business days. If you provide us with an email address, we will send you shipping confirmation along with tracking information. If you have waited the recommended number days and have not received your order, please call 1-800-222-3111 then choose the option: To check the status of a recent purchase or replacement.
If you have received a shipment tracking email for you order with a tracking code you can track your shipment at UPS.com.
