Retail LocationsPurchases made through a retail location, can be returned to the place of purchase for exchange or credit within the Retailers Return/Exchange Period; check with your retail location or on your receipt for more details.

Purchases made through our Call Center or official website can be returned/exchanged within the first 30 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping fees will be incurred by the customer on non-defective returns/exchanges. Please contact us at: (800) 222-3111 Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time to obtain return authorization information for mailing your product back.
Note: Credits or monetary reimbursements are only applicable, within the first 30 days, on purchases made through the AT&T Consumer Sales and Service Center or through the AT&T Web site. Once products are received at our Returns Center, the credit/monetary reimbursement will be applied.
