Problem:
Why can’t people hear me when I use the speakerphone?
Solution:

When using a speakerphone, you should be reasonably close to the base unit in order to hear and be heard. The optimum distance will depend on room acoustics and noise levels. It is always a good idea to control ambient noise in the room when using a speakerphone.
