How do I obtain a part for a product that I purchased; such as a belt clip, a user's manual, an AC adapter, etc.?

User's Manuals for most products are downloadable for free. Go to the MANUALS section. You can now search by model number. Parts for your telephone product are available on a limited basis. Use our online PARTS ORDER FORM. Or you can call our Consumer Product Support Center at 1-800-222-3111 and choose the option To Make a Purchase.
